Printing tips

Use the color picker to print a few attempts in different colors on the same test sheet. It's an easy way to see which set of X/Y numbers landed correctly without burning through blank certificates.
Turn off "fit to page" / "scale to fit" in your printer settings. Print at 100% actual size, or the exact X/Y numbers below won't line up.
Double-check page orientation (landscape) and paper size in the print dialog match the certificate stock you're feeding in.
Once a printer is dialed in, use "save settings" to download the numbers as a file. It's the only way to bring your calibration to a different computer; the browser only remembers it locally.
If your printer/tray has a manual feed for cardstock, use it. Automatic trays sometimes misfeed thicker certificate paper.

Guidance for filling this out

All certificate citations should be limited to a maximum of nine lines.
Certificate citations for the MSM, ARCOM, and AAM are limited to six lines.
Certificate citations should be printed in sentence case format.
The period/date line below the citation is the date range of the qualifying action being recognized (for example, an annual training period), followed by the day the certificate was printed.
Everything (unit, recipient, signing authority) prints exactly as typed. Nothing here is checked against any system of record, so double-check names, ranks, and unit designations before you print.
